What are the qualifications/requirements of a PAL Express cabin crew?
- Must be a Filipino citizen
- 18- 27 years of age
- With at least 2 years college education
- Fluent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Height requirement: Female applicants must be at least 5’3”; male has to be at least 5’6” tall
- Weight should be proportional to height

What to Wear and What to Bring to the Job Fair
Attire
Female applicants- blouse with blazer paired with knee-length skirt, high heeled shoes with no stockings. Wear full make-up and tie your hair in a bun.
Male applicants– Wear a suit and leather shoes.
Applicants should come in person on the dates of the recruitment fair with their updated curriculum vitae. The job fair starts at 9am, however, the processing of applications has a cut-off time: 1pm for February 19 and 11am for February 20.
