The Air Asia quoted promo rates are ALL-IN ticket rates for a single flight. Ticket price covers the fare, airport fee, taxes and terminal fees (except for airports where airport fees are collected at point of departure.
As for the international ticket, the fare and international passenger service charge is included in the ticket while the International Travel Tax is to be paid at the airport.
Do take note that ticket prices for foreign routes are subject to currency exchange rates.
